Terms & Conditions
- Gift Vouchers are only redeemable at the Army Parachute Association, Airfield Camp, Netheravon.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase jumps, rigging services or for any goods stocked in the Drop Shop except second hand gear.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift vouchers purchased in any ‘special offer’ must only be used in accordance with the purchase offer and are not transferrable.
- Gift Vouchers are usually valid for 12 months except in exceptional circumstances such as military deployment, where this term can be extended with permission from the APA Secretary.
- When a Gift Voucher is used to purchase goods or services lower than the value of the voucher, no change will be given but the balance may be applied to future purchases.
- Please protect this Gift Voucher and treat it as cash. The APA cannot be held liable for vouchers which are lost, stolen or damaged.
- If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be issued in the form of a Gift Voucher.

All our vouchers are valid for a year – all the lucky recipient has to do once they have received their voucher is to give us a call on:

Please note that if you buy on line whilst the office is closed there may be a delay in receiving the voucher via email until the office is open the following day and we can get the voucher to you. If you have a question regarding military discount (Army or RN) please call the office or email us. Once the office is open (Monday-Friday) we will get your voucher to you immediately.
