Possible aircraft problems 30th/31st August |

Cessna are currently assessing the Hound to see if any damage was sustained following last weekend. We may not know the outcome until next week which means we may only have the Fox for the coming weekend. If that is the case, we will be wheels up at 8 amboth days and will alternate punter and tandem lifts to make sure everyone gets their jumps in. As soon as we know the outcome, we will post it here. Post AFPC Closure |

Following the Armed Forces Parachute Championships 2008 the drop zone will be closed from 26th - 29th August inclusive and will reopen again on Saturday 30th, as normal. |

APA Sponsored Teams |

The APA has a history of sponsoring high class teams, but in the past has limited its support to one discipline at a time. The APA intends to expand that support to teams in 3 disciplines; 4-way FS, FF and CP. In return for half price jump tickets, teams will be expected to run coaching sessions throughout the year. Any teams who are interested should contact the APA Competitions Member for terms and condition. |

Midweek opening 2008 |

Starting on the 12th of March Netheravon will be open on Wednesday afternoons to APA members. From the 14th March it will be open on Fridays from 10am to members and tandem jumpers. There will be a few times during the year when the DZ is closed midweek for staff leave - these are:
